Soil is not 10mm screened as advertised
I ordered a bulk bag of topsoil advertised as 10mm screened, but what arrived was far from what was promised. The soil was not screened at all—it contained large chunks, as well as bits of glass and tiles, making it completely unsuitable for flower beds. Initially, I was impressed with the delivery service. The driver was friendly and even made the effort to drop the bulk bag close to my gate, which I really appreciated. However, the quality of the product itself was extremely disappointing. I had already moved some of the soil before realizing the extent of the issue, so I don’t expect a full refund, but I am very frustrated by the false advertising and poor quality control. I have reached out to the company with photo evidence and am awaiting a response. Very disappointed as I bought due to them advertising the quality of soil compared with other local companies!
