I had an email telling me my delivery…
I had an email telling me my delivery would be between 09:00-16:00 so i sat in all day. At 16:00 no sign so i called and they asked me for my details. I was then told a driver was loading my order up and would be with me shortly.wasted all day waiting in for nothing.

Absolute spot on service , spoke to gary this morning and I wanted a ton off pea gravel delivering to Walsall after I’d rang a few others saying Tuesday at the earliest , gary said two mins I’ll see what I can do , fair play gary got my delivery done today same day as ordering costing was perfect , product exactly what I wanted , and the delivery driver sorry didn’t catch you name was spot on and helpful too , dropped exactly where I needed it , massive praise too you staff guys , gary and the driver do you credit as a company , highly recommended always be the only place I use from know on Massive thanks guys aka gary and delivery driver

Poor attitude of delivery driver
The order arrived a day late. The delivery driver was not happy that my house was a few metres walk from the kerb. He said the company policy was kerbside delivery. He did bring the order to my house but clearly was not happy about it. I am 66 years old and terminally ill so I depend on deliveries being brought to my door. I will not use this business again.
