Extremely Disappointing
On 26 March 2024 I purchased a pack of Bradstone Mode porcelain tiles, 60 tiles 595x595 online for the advertised price of Β£592.43. I was really happy with the price and even more so when I rang the same day to ask if the 5% discount for a new customer was then agreed, they refunded Β£27.62 making the purchase price Β£564.81. The advisor called me back a bit later to confirm the delivery within a few days. Customer service at that point was great. Within an hour I received a call from the same advisor, she said they had a problem with Bradstone who had increased the price of their tiles. She told me that the price was now Β£980.82 and that I had 2 choices, either pay the increased amount or cancel my order. I had no choice but to cancel and she refunded my payment. I emailed the company later that day as it appeared to me that they had made a mistake on their website between the price of the 595x595 and the 595x295 tiles, which had both changed from the time I made my purchase. As it was their mistake I asked them to reinstate my order, but I have not received a response. I am extremely disappointed, surely I have customer rights?.

Fantastic company!
Fantastic company! Placed my order online on Sunday evening, had a phone call just after 9 a.m. the next day to arrange the delivery which was mid afternoon that day. Delivery driver was so helpful and went above and beyond to get my order to where I needed it. 5 stars isnβt high enough!
