Product fine, delivery not ideal
Product is fine and delivered promptly (couple of broken slabs) but you have to download an app to find out when they are delivering and they did not check the delivery and turned up with a tail lift and pallet truck so had to be left in the street.

Used for first time on a large building project. Let us down on delivery without any notice. Cost a day's labour due to non arrival of materials.... will stick with other 3 builders merchants we are using currently.

Had a delivery today to my father-in-laws property in Cannock. The driver (Chris) was accommodating, professional, polite and made sure we were happy with where he placed it. He then checked we had everything and were satisfied prior to leaving the property. Chris is a credit to the company, reflecting their high standard of service.

Great company,competitive prices and really helpful and friendly staff. Free delivery was fantastic and really prompt. Other companies were charging for delivery even though i was already spending alot. Gills was free delivery. Will always use them In the future.
