To start off with I love the shoes that I ordered definitely exactly what I wanted and the price was like any other store goat nike.com, etc. The downside to this is contacting GBNY and getting a response is a nightmare. You have to follow up more than once to get someone to respond to you. Also, the order that I put in was due to be received by the 16th the order now will not be here until Thursday, which is the 21st. I understand that I needed to follow up if I wanted to cancel the order, but no one followed up with me to see if I still wanted the order even after the date that the order should’ve arrived. I had to follow up to see what was going on with the order.
