Company used by Eastlight housing. I rebooked safety check appointment due to work commitments and they still turned up on original date and posted a missed appointment card. Called to check they're still coming today, on date agreed and told no record of appointment change. I asked them to check their call log (which apparently calls are recorded for training purposes) she refused. Asked to record a complaint which she also refused, can only make complaint to the landlord. My daughter, also with Eastlight has endured a year of GasCall incompetence and faulty heating system. Damage to her personal property, mess left behind, unsightly pipework installation, recurring issues with her boiler and heating system which are still ongoing. Being lied to about what works done and each engineer accusing the previous of being useless. Good job she's at home with a baby because she'd never be able to have so much time off work with all the appointments. It's caused her so much stress she actually hates her home now and regrets moving in. The issues have been going on from the moment she moved in a year ago.
This company fitted my new boiler 18 months ago. They were one of the recommended business as result of my boiler insurance. The boiler stopped working and when a Valliant engineer called he said it was the worst installation he has ever seen. He recommend a full system re flush and chemicals put in. After many attempts at getting an engineer from Gas Call to visit - eventually someone came - hours after agreed time. He agreed to that the system needed a reflush and said I would be booked in. This never happened and I have had to chase constantly since. Do not touch this company with a barge pole. They are rude, disrespectful and will do nothing once they have your money ! Shocking
Avoid this company. They will lie to get paid for work they haven't completed, and they'll even claim to have made visits on days when they did not. They informed my housing association that they came to the property, but I was home the entire day and never saw them.

whent out with a mate came back to find out i had no heating or hot water been freezing all night / morning, called them the women advisor said i didnt have my address on system and spoke to like an idiot, then checked another system and i was on it, also left a spare key for them to lock my door and found out the key has gone missing so had to call council to get my locks changed, wont touch them for anything else if i have no heating and hot water again ill just live with it, rather that that be spoke to like an idiot
A very competent and knowledgeable engineer. George arrived at my home today to look at my leaking boiler. George was sociable and explained steps by step what he was doing and explaining in detail about each component. George gave me peace of mind because he was competent. A really pleasant guy. George made his diagnosis look so easy. Thank you George you are a 5 star employee !
I have never had eny problems with gas call engineers but the call taker was very very rude and unfriendly when I called about faulty boiler never got chance to speak she was very very loud down phone not atall pleasant I understand she has busy job but that's not customers fault
I never had gas engineer as incompetent this person. Had a powerflush instead of the water ro be clear its come out dirty. Only if 8 can show you photos and the fairy tales i record why its like that. I gave GASCALL many chances to sort it out. They're so greedy for the money. Didnt do several job correctly. Rushed out like there's no time. I know it was paid through a grant scheme vut gives you no right to do a poor quality job which potential will damage my combi boiler. Homeserve will not insure my boiler due to gascall engineer doing the hib incorrectly and was advised with action to taken. Stay away from this company. Very polite to take your money after the true colours come out. I will me putting there job on youtube to show how evil people can be. I didnt do anything wrong so why sobtage the job? I called you guys i spoke to roxanne who gave me email for paul maclean instead of helping he found it insulting me yelling him the job was poor quality also asked for him to come and see for him self or let me whatsapp it but i been ignored but this will be taken through to correct people to investigate. Why would i waste my time reporting this serious issue? Also CALLGAS GOT A BIG DEAL DOING ALL THE JOBS IN WEST MIDLANDS FOR LEAP GRANT. WHY WOULD YOU MESS THAT CONTRACT UP? Am still waiting for a reply. If only I could attach video recording that would tell you everything.
Rude staff when asked to speak to supervisor they hang up on you, you re arrange an appointment and yet they still turn up at the original date , posting letters through court threatening court action.
