New boiler - shocking
This company fitted my new boiler 18 months ago. They were one of the recommended business as result of my boiler insurance. The boiler stopped working and when a Valliant engineer called he said it was the worst installation he has ever seen. He recommend a full system re flush and chemicals put in. After many attempts at getting an engineer from Gas Call to visit - eventually someone came - hours after agreed time. He agreed to that the system needed a reflush and said I would be booked in. This never happened and I have had to chase constantly since. Do not touch this company with a barge pole. They are rude, disrespectful and will do nothing once they have your money ! Shocking
