Best company in the Waterloovile area, quick response, very knowledgeable with a great back up team.

Had them install a new boiler 2 years ago, did an amazing job. Clean, efficient, polite and haven't had to call them back once for anything. The service cost is very competitive and I have them service it once a year. Arrive on time, wear overshoes indoors and put dust sheets down before they start. Guys are polite and answer any question you may have. They certainly know their stuff. Would recommend to anyone.

Tyler arrived at promised, very promptly and completed my boiler service very efficiently. He was very polite and friendly and offered to check all the radiators as well. He also offered advice about the rad in my kitchen and checked it was working as it should. All in all, I was very happy with everything Tyler had done. Great job!

Problem with leaking boiler but have a maintenance contract with Gas-Fix in Horndean, Hants. Noticed the problem on Saturday morning (12/04/25) and telephoned. Expected we would have to wait until Monday but was called back within minutes to be told somebody would arrive in a couple of hours. Darryl Turner arrived on time and quickly found the problem and fixed it. He was very friendly and efficient. Very impressed with the whole process as we have been with all our dealings and would recommend this company highly.

I have always received great service from Gasfix. If I have a problem with my boiler or heating they normally come out the same day. When I had a new boiler in 2018 they were very competitively priced. The engineers are all friendly, polite and professional. They work hard to get the job finished. I would highly recommend Gasfix. I contacted them on Sunday morning and they came out within a couple of hours.

Gas-Fix are just the best, it’s that simple. I wouldn’t entertain going to any other company these days. For this particular issue they arrived at the time planned, swiftly identified the cause, ordered parts, returned within a day and had us up and running with hot water.

My CH boiler failed on a Monday. Called Gas-Fix. Engineer visited Tuesday and new P C B required. Ordered and fixed on Wednesday. Excellent service in my book! This was my first experience with Gas-Fix because my regular company over decades had ceased trading. Being a Which “trusted trader” I tried Gas-Fix and I’m likely to continue using them again in the future.
