The food is so incredible it is so fresh and so tasty and such good value. I’m always pleasantly surprised about how much is in the box and how fresh it is definitely a lot fresher than Coles or woollies.

I’ve only been with this company for a short time and they have been absolutely outstanding. I realised that I would be away on delivery day due to a late invite. Reached out to our representative Amy and she changed the delivery address which took all my worry away. The customer service Funky Food provides is outstanding. I’ve had a few date mixups and difficulties that have been completely my mistake, and everyone I have spoken to have been so accomodating and respectful to make things work for my circumstances. Even when I’ve been the one with the mixup! I really appreciate being able to speak to real people who really care about their product and their customers. The produce that I receive is great, too! Out of the all the low-waste delivery services I’ve had experience with, Funky Food is by far the best. My Funky Box is absolutely awesome! All the produce is so fresh! I received more than ordered in some cases I'm assuming due to the size of the produce - which is thoughtful. I've just cut up a pumpkin (beautiful orange flesh) sweet potato (again nice colour) and onion which I'm roasting for soup, and we are looking forward to tasting it for dinner tonight. Delivered without a hitch and the tracking link used was easy. So very happy with the whole process and the produce. I think I ordered enough for 2 weeks (only 2 of us) and it was easy to hop onto the website and skip or pause my delivery. Thanks I'll be ordering again!

Ordering was easy, great customer service to check my order before delivery. Produce was packed well, very fresh and fantastic quality at a great price. The best part is that it was delivered to my door So happy that I’ve already placed my next order

Mostly good produce but there are a few items you end up having to chuck most of it away because of bruising, etc (especially the bananas... They don't travel well). I ended up cancelling because they were consistently sending an underweight box (2-4kg). Not really getting the value when that happens. I contacted them the first time it happened because it was over 4kg off and went through their checklist of what should have been included. The things that were missing didn't appear to add up even close to the missing weight. They were good and offered a partial refund but then the following box was light... I also contacted them about some bread (bakers delight) that was supposedly baked fresh that day and delivered to me before 10am but I felt it was stale. They were going to "pass the feedback on to their suppliers". You need to have a good strategy ready to use up things you don't eat as much of.

The fruit and vegie is honestly better than the big supermarkets, they give extras if things are a bit small and the customer service is amazing. I highly recommend this for the weekly shop

Very easy to order online. They provided multiple updates on the delivery time giving you a window and as it gets closer providing you with more precise estimates. Food arrived eoth minimal packaging in great condition. Between the price, level of communication and quality of product they exceeded all my expectations.

We received our first box yesterday and I was BLOWN AWAY! Amazing quality fresh fruit and veg! A few surprises with some extras thrown in too. A huge amount of gorgeous and CHEAP produce. So excited to try everything. Highly recommend the service. Exceeded my families expectations.

We cancelled subscription because the courier would not ring our bell, they just left it outside and we could contact Funky Food to get this foxed. We received notice from them that the box was cancelled. They took the money out of our paypal, and did not reply to our emails. We had to enter a dispute via PayPal to get our money back. Edited 30/07/2025 to confirm that I have received NO compensation from Funky Food. If there was compensation sent, I'm happy for the person who received it.

Sooooo much yummy food for such a good price, and such great quality!!! Blown away and happy wr never have to buy fruit and veg at the supermarket again.

Got my first delivery on time every thing was so fresh very clean very happy even my partner was impressed that’s saying something.recommend to everyone.

Food is great. Always a variety. Have been using for almost a year. We do get a build-up of the foods we don't eat enough of though. Like beetroots and capsicums. My main issue is the subscription - there is no way to alter your box once you sign up. Had to leave a bunch of messages and wait for a reply. (Farmers Pick you can alter your box or cancel subscription anytime online) Funky food does not have the option to unsubscribe or change/ alter your box from a Big Box to say a fruit box or small box ?? I'm stuck with a big box until I hear from them 😐

So fresh! So much better than supermarkets. Great value for money AND amazing customer support!
