I like the website. It is very user friendly. The personal items section is very good

I amended the policy in early June to reflect a change in my watch and was charged for it. BUT this was not reflected in the renewal quote when I renewed today. I had to amend it again. So what did I pay for in the first place? Was I covered? I have no idea. Very disappointed.☹️

I was able to enter the details needed for the Insurance quote easily. The questions were clear. Unlike the other quotes I requested, there was no need for me to provide further information over the phone or by email. In addition, there were no glitches in the system that held me up. It was also easy to review the full policy details before I made my final decision to purchase it. Payment was also very easy. My only suggestion would be around the handling of the various excesses applicable. They were listed in amongst the fine details of each section of the policy. I would have appreciated a summary of what excesses were applicable to each section of the policy.
