Very unprofessional people who answer the phones. When I called the guy spent 30 seconds giggling and laughing with his coworkers and the girl I got before him literally didn’t know ANYTHING. Completely useless and on top of that the only thing they care about is getting your money from the policy activation after that it’s not their problem. I’ve never had this experience with any insurance company and I wish I listened to the reviews beforehand
