Three upgraded the 4g mast for my internet and I see a vast improvement in download speeds but the downside was I started getting interference on Rte1 on Fairview.I ordered a 4 g filter from Free TV and it arrived a few days later.Connected it inline and works perfect.Highly recommended for those with 4g interference

I have used freetv on a few occasions over the last couple of years. These have mainly been for components but I have bought 2 freesat combi boxes and a cctv camera and there has never been an issue. Having read some of the negative reviews I am wondering about one in particular being for a different webstore, and another one or two being actually the customer being unreasonable. I have no connection with the company only as I said having made some purchases. Any I did make were delivered in the following day or two. Quality of merchandise is good and definitely less expensive than from a major store. There are very informative videos on most products which I always view before purchase. You won't get that in too many places. Keep up the good work.

Ordered a product on Monday evening - Product arrived promptly as promised on Wednesday morning!! Brilliant service and the product is great too!! Well done!!! Paul B

Ordered a product three weeks ago, still hasn’t arrived. My third email was finally responded to with an abrupt and short response blaming Brexit! Product still nowhere to be seen, doubt it will ever arrive - waste of money.

I've always liked this store, but recently the customer service and the products have gone down. sometimes they send wrong items than were ordered, so, be careful

I have used Freetv for a number of years to buy satellite dishes, boxes cable, connectors, aerials. Over the years I have spent thousands of euros at this shop and not once did I have a reason to complain. I recommend this Company to everyone who wants top quality products and service.

Free tv is free! There are upfront costs which I expected, antenna, box for channel guide, rushed installation ( not how I wanted to install Ethernet cable but did not want to take the time to do it right); the channel guide box needed a small disk drive that can not be disconnected (wasted $60) as I do not record any shows from antenna because right back to regular tv (I see 53 stations but only watch 4 (all news channels). It is ok if you really like very old tv shows but only 4 or 5 maybe worth watching, some have very weak signals and many not in English.

They put up with my endless questioning and are quick with delivery and support.

Spoke with a staff member who gave very helpful advice on Saorview in poor reception areas. Got the right gear in a couple of days and worked first time. Can't beat that.

Orders items online for phone replacement order arrived on time was an Excellent service.

You guys are doing well. But you can do better by adding dedicated channels for the programs below: 1. Cartoons for children 2. Foreign movies channels like mnet and mbc 3. Telenovals series channel like Telemondo 4. Nollyseries channel for series like Tensil 5. Indian movies channel like zeeworld 6. Igbo, Hausa, Yoruba channels 7. Animal wildlife channel like NetGeo wild With these channels you’d be making Nigerians proud and your decoder will be number 1 selling decoder. Wishing you guys the very best

Made a couple of purchases in the past from FreeTv.ie which went well - but for me the sign of a good company is how they deal with you when there are problems with your purchase. This company failed miserably to deal with a reported fault with the last purchase that I made with them and did not honour their commitments to refund, repair or replace the equipment they sold to me. The product they sold to me did not work properly and the company would not help me and refused to accept they had any responsibility for the problems. Very unhappy with my treatment and personally would not recommend that anyone use this company.

This company were extremely helpful with technical support and when an item was damaged in transit to me they immediately replaced the damaged item without any problem. I would highly recommend this company all round. V.F. Dublin.
