I have made many purchases from Fragrance Lord and every transaction has been smooth from order to delivery. The fragrances have all been authentic, from the travel sized sprays to the full bottles. Authentic samples included with purchases have always been a plus. Prices are fair compared to other discounter sites and great customer service has been a reason to go to them instead of others. Shipping costs are relatively low and items usually ship pretty quickly. I have no complaints about Fragrance Lord.

How do you not send any free samples with my expensive ass order ? And it smells super watered down I’ve had the real deal and you can barely even smell any scent at all! Like AT ALL !! 1/10 wouldn’t buy again !!!!

The site is definitely legit but my package came almost a week after the stated time. Customer service made up for it.

Shipping was not as promised , I have paid for shipment and still didn’t ship on time and nothing ships till customer has to call and chase shipment , tried to cancel order due to delay in shipment but they refused . I have ordered since Oct 19 with air shipment which pad extra for , and till date no product. Don’t recommend to buy from this place .
