I have been faithful customer and have always been satisfied with quality, pricing, delivery until this most recent order which i am still so bothered about as i had spent much time carefully choosing gifts only for courrier to leave delivery unattended in a non secure public area that i have never recovered and i must say i am still very disappointed but this was on the courrier i cannot blame this company they did their part faithfully it was the courrier that dropped the ball. I find myself hoping to smell the fragrances on possible thieves around the area though doubt they would admit to the theft and the neighbors deny taking the delivery so what to do!!

Arriving on time,and no issues. Most of all selection and unbelievable prices. I do spend every Christmas a lot of money on perfume. This discounted prices helped me to stay on budget. Thank you.

Parfum non authentique. Ne conserve pas son odeur au-delà de 30 minutes. Lorsque qu’on demande un remboursement on nous répond qu’aucun remboursement n’est possible lorsque la boîte a été ouverte. Comment savoir que le parfum n’est pas authentique sans ouvrir la boîte !? Grosse arnaque.

After I received the shipping notification, they canceled my order, and failed to reach out to me to explain why. Eventually, I have to email them, and they said they were out of stock. Why sell it to me and make a shipping label if you did not have the product. A little more transparency and customer service would have been nice.

Fragrance Canada is a reliable and trustworthy company that carries high end fragrances for men and woman. Their prices are less expensive than in store. Shopping Canadian is very important to me too. My order was delivered on time and in safe packaging. I am very pleased with how easy the process was.

Never ordering again. I've ordered something in October haven't received asked refund keeps sending tracking number. Can't get straight answer from them. No refund. 😡
