Foundations Training Reviews

This was a great course which I would highly recommend to everyone. Rob is very motivational.

Great event. As always, Rob was inspirational. Would thoroughly recommend anything presented by Foundations

Excellent thank you

I can't praise the team enough at Foundations. Every time I hear a talk it gives me so many lightbulb moments, I've used material that was used in the session on multiple occasions already and it's only been a week!

i thought the speaker was very good and i came away feeling that i wanted to know more, and i wanted my leaders and managers to know more and get excited about how they carry out their roles.

Content and the delivery of the training was fantastic. Carly made the course very enjoyable - thank you.

Really informative session surrounding mental health and what we can do as individuals for not only other people, but just as importantly, ourselves.

This was my first First Aid Training course so couldn't compare so thought it was good in that it was pitched at the right level to include everything in the one day. Joe was a good trainer

Great trainer making challenging content easy to digest.

Carly was excellent! The training was delivered in an informative but relaxed manner. I learnt a lot about mental health that I did not know before and I am looking forward to reading the rest of the handbook provided!

Fantastic course, excellent trainer, small group even better.
