I was recommended this site by my sis in law, who used it on all her staff in the nursery she owns. They all passed first time. I taught let me give it ago. This on line tutorial course was good, but as a perfectionist I couldnβt score fully on the first assessment because the theory hadnβt been covered. That said I enjoyed this course and feel prepared for safe working with food.
