I was in a pinch and couldn’t find Blanton’s bourbon in my area and decided to order from Folsom with 2 day shipping. However, I called first to verify that I would actually get it in 2 days. The gentleman on the phone walked me through the process, I ordered, and sure enough, I had it in hand 2 days later. They did a great job on the packaging too. Overall, great experience.

The customer service from Folsom Wine and Spirits from phone to email response was Incredible. They went out of their way to help me turn around a shipment that was headed to bill to address instead of ship to. They worked with me to expedite a new shipment out and the urgent responses I received of assistance was so appreciated. Business should be granted to businesses that really cater to their customers. Folsom Wine & Spirits did that for me!

My friend from California visited me in Ireland, and went back home with a love for Kinsale Gin (Summer Cove Gin in America). He's a good friend who has done me many kindnesses. I found Folsom online and had a box of Summer Cove shipped. It arrived safely, which is not always a given, and which is appreciated. Now Folsom has another customer in CA.

I cannot find Buffalo Trace locally, but thankfully Folsom W&S had it. Packing was good, and delivery was within about a week. Package arrived with no issues.

First of all finding what I was looking for. Then when I had an issue it turned out I had mistyped my email address. When I talked to the gentleman who packed the bottle we discovered the issue. He then went and fixed my error with me not having to do anything Also very pleasant during the whole conversation. Look forward to doing future business with these folks

Reasonable prices in a market full of unreasonable prices. The packaging was expertly done, and you actually need a higher level education to open it up safely. I would definitely order from here again.
