Buffalo Trace bourbon difficult to get where I live. All local liquor stores claimed they only received a case per month and they had a waiting list. Went online and encountered stores that could not ship to my OK location. Folsom got the job done!
They completed my on line order and had it ready for pickup. Friendly and courteous staff.
Shipped a wrong bottle, one bottle was broken during shipping but they were easy to reach and quickly fixed the issues. I would buy from them again!
great selection and prices
I ordered wine from their website. After a week I called and inquired of status. They apparently didn’t have the wine I ordered and said they would refund my money. Instead they sent me different wine. I contacted them about this and the status of my refund. They said they couldn’t credit my account until I shipped back the wine which I didn’t order. Still waiting.
It's easy to place your order, but time from order to shipment is a little long.
The Spirits are a wonderful drink. I liked the drink and I encourage others to try this out

The agent I spoke with was knowledgeable and courteous and tried to do a good job in meeting my expectations. Shipping was a little delayed, (1-week), and packaging was outstanding. Pricing on some items was a little high and they do not price match or make concessions. Otherwise, they would be a 5 star.

Very Satisfied with the company got here very, nice, polite and easy. Had a bottle that I’ve been looking for for a very long time. They even had another brand that I want buy in the future!! Definitely will use them again. But on the other hand I can not give them a 5 star review because I hate the FedEx driver who they used to drop my package off. I was gone from the house doing local errands and forgot my wallet. And my cousin who is 19 years old who was staying with me took my ID and picked up the package, from the driver. He is type one diabetic as well!! He proceeded to open and drink it, half way gone when I got home. He was blacking out and I was struggling to keep him conscious and his insulin levels stable. Throughout the rest of the day and night. Next day he had a hangover but suffered a stroke. He no longer knows who his own family is or me, or his neighbors or even where he lives. I am devastated. But FedEX won’t do anything. But the company themselves Folsom Wines, I am very happy with!

When it time to party on the low budget, this store actually hooks it up. There is so much love for management at this specific location because they try the hardest to keep customers coming back. The amount of savings i get from them is on another level. I love this store.

I ordered an Jack Daniels 1954 Gold Medal whiskey. When I received the Fed Ex there was a problem. The cork had dried out and there was some leakage from the bottle. The bottle was packaged better than I expected. I called the store and they had me send pictures. They reacted very promptly and gave me the option of shipping the bottle back or taking 15% off the cost. We opted to take the 15%. My credit card was sent the discount. I had intended to shelf this, but since we had to replace the cork this will become our V.I.P. drink.
