Since June 04th 2025 this company has tried to take a total of 17 transactions from my account, each for 29.99, completely unauthorised, I cancelled my card immediately and reported to the police as fraud.

i have never even heard of this company before , that is until i had a notification saying that they tried to take £29.99 from my bank account.. somehow i had a whole account set up with my email which I genuinely do not recall making, i checked all my previous emails that involved ‘flava’ and nothing came up. nothing is making sense lol

Really bad experience

Really bad experience. Only joined to get a specific laptop. Payed for 8wks then was told they don't have the item. Changed order to a bed. They sent wrong bed which was also faulty. Wrong fittings. The original bed was not in stock. They refused to refund as item had been opened. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! PAYED £500 FOR A FAULTY BED & CUSTOMER SERVICE ARE NOT INTERESTED. REALLY DISGUSTING & MOST DEFINITELY DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! BE WARNED!!! Post response from Flava...you can see from their reply that they do not care about customer satisfaction. Happy to steal your money for rubbish product.

Never go to this!

I had 3 payments taken from my bank account from you at Flava with one payment name ‘Flavva’ and two other payment names ‘Flava online’ and each of the three payments was not authorised and submitted by myself, it was taken without me confirming the payments. And i have tried contacting you but there has been no response! The date given that i experienced this was the first date and there was two other dates which was the 2nd February and 13th February. The first date which was the 5th January was a payment of £29.99 and the other two payments on the 2nd and 13th February was both £14.99 which is a total of £59.97 and there is nothing about getting a refund and i cannot find anywhere online where there is a live chat or email address etc.

I was wary at first ( due to some lame…

I was wary at first ( due to some lame reviews etc.. ) but then placed my Very first order and after my first weekly payment, the food arrived two days later Expertly packed! And Nothing was out of date nor near sell by date either!! a BIG thank you Flava!!!

If could I wouldn’t of rated it at all on first delivery bribed with ice creams before food came to leave a review and it wasn’t there yet first order okay second they tell u tht these are chicken pakoras and garlic mushrooms hillarious after weung told me the chef himself said they was rightshown picture and they claim there just chopped in there no hun the mushroom bajis disgrace of a company and the burger bun was swimming in grease have pictures of any one would like to see wht ur in for

I cancelled my subscription with them

I cancelled my subscription with them, they still took 29.99 out of my bank contacted them to let them know i had cancelled the following month they took 14.99 out, they have refused to refund my money impossible to talk to anyone there stay clear
