Easy to work with Fast service

in the beginning of the process, everything seemed very easy. After the first three days, I received a lot of misinformation and communications. Contacting different representatives gave me so many red flags that I ignored. Regretting that now I kept very close track of deposits, balances, resolutions, etc., and nothing was getting done except for my money being taken out of my account. Recently found that they charge 27% of your debt balance for their fees. Part of what was miscommunicated was that fees were taken at the end of your debt resolution the fees were taking upfront not one thing was resolved before the fees were removed from my account. I would receive calls emails saying to deposit more money for faster resolution, what a scam it was for their fees and for them to get their money, faster, absolutely horrendous, misleading one of the biggest scams I’ve ever encountered. Even the cash app scam wasn’t as bad because at least they didn’t mislead you. Please don’t trust the process. You could reach out to your creditor’s the same way they do or claim they do anyway.

It was reassuring that I was going to get the help I needed with my debit.
