I had two lovely installers Tony and Sean, they called to say they were on their way, covered all my carpets, just got on with the job, cleaned up before they left, amazing job done, one well impressed customer

This is the 2nd property where I've used the product & services of First Home Improvements. The fitters are efficient, organised, quick and considerate, Remarkably little mess, which is cleaned up as they proceed. One of the window panes arrived cracked, but this was replaced a week later. I am very happy with the quality of the windows and the fitting and would recommend them to anyone.

The sales patter for the windows was very good. Hooked when they said they recycled all of your old windows. This was not the case. The fitters gave them to the local scrap collectors. The windows were just scrapped. Very disappointed as this was a real buying point for us. The windows and doors that have been fitted are excellent and we could not ask for better. The fitters were very efficient and the job was done in a couple of days. Windows and doors 5 stars Fitters 5 stars. Disappointed in the information provided about windows being fully recycled. Over all a good 4 stars.

We had 5 windows fitted today by Jack Brightmore and Luke Hollis, excellent work done by the pair, hard working and very polite and worked as a team. Explained what they were doing and what they would be doing next in the process. We are very happy with the end result. Than you Jack & Luke 👏👏👍.

Conservatory fitted by Damian and Chris. The chaps worked so hard to fit our conservatory. So helpful and polite. Top team

This is the third and final time First Home Improvements have replaced windows at my property as they have now replaced all of them! Their installers were polite and efficient on all three occasions. I would definitely recommend them.

Brand new door fitted by a lovely man! 100% happy. Would recomend First if you needed doors, windows, soffits or dormers. They do the lot and more. Really first rate products fitted by experienced friendly people. Have had nearly all mine done by them with no complaints or problems except for one small window that did'nt close properly. They soon came to rectify that! Nothing cheap and nasty with these guys. Thanks First you are the best.

From start to finish First Home Improvements provided an excellent service. The sales rep and surveyor were extremely helpful. The fitting team were friendly, quick and very clean - they left no mess. I am very pleased with the products, I had 1 composite front door and 10 UPVC windows (including a bay). My home is brighter, draught free, the noise from traffic and trains has definitely reduced and my home is noticeably warmer. I feel much safer in my home as the level of security the new door and windows provide, compared to the old ones, has considerably increased; as a single parent living in an ex rental property this is a very important feature that First Home Improvements offer, and was very important to me. I am very pleased with the products and service I received.

Great company with knowledgeable and friendly staff. A little on the expensive side but the overall experience has been excellent.

Do not let them in your home. We had our quotation done and the guy would not leave without a yes answer. £100 deposit yes, it's accessible but for a 10k plus job at 10% plus interest, no thank you. Multiple calls to head office for one off discounts and offers, again, only if we say yes on the spot.

I have had a sales rep come to my house try to sell me windows and doors at ridiculous prices when I turned them down a manager came back with a price I agreed to this so he sent the rep out again to finalise things they had the wrong colour that we agreed on then my partner would not sign until they received this so the rep went on to the phone and we got everting sorted paperwork signed now they have back tracked and are refusing to fit windows and doors at agreed price I’m going to try to get them investigated and see if the can back tracked of a signed contract I have a manager now coming out on Friday 25/04/25 to try and bullshit me into taking my deposit back or add another £1600 on to the agreed price PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE TRYING TO GET CLIENTS IN THE EAST MIDLANDS NOW THEY ARE A POOR EXCUSE OF A COMPANY AND ARE NOW TRYING TO GET ME TO TAKE MY DEPOSIT BACK I AM AT PRESENT ON TO CITIZENS ADVICE AND TRADING STANDARDS ABOUT THIS ISSUE

Just had Richard Gaskin and Jason cook to come and install windows and doors on the whole house, very polite people and hard working, arrived on time and got straight on the job, highly recommend.

The installers were fabulous a real credit to First Home Improvements Kevin Kelsey and John Donovan

Work team is great but the office doesn’t leave you alone! If I’ve got an issue you can be rest assured that I will be calling them. I don’t need a million calls from you!
