They don’t actually take your claim on. They pass it to a third party solicitor. Whilst my call handler couldn’t be nicer, they are not what they seem and are just a broker.

Polite conversation explained the process of my claim very helpful.
First4Lawyers and First4InjuryClaims share the same DPO and as parent company as led by literature, where relatively young F4IC establishes its heritage only through F4L, then First4Lawyers are the responsible body for data control. I found them storing what I deemed derogatory comments on file based on affections of a disclosed disability which then went on to shape negative interchange with aforementioned subsidiary company. I have since reported the matter to both ICO and EASS, together with some practices that I believe are non inclusive to the disabled community. If you are disabled and considering this company then carefully consider disclosing your disability as it could prompt actions that could affect representation.
