Very disappointed with the interactions I had with masterclass. I have been looking for a mentor to start my amazon business for a long time. Money was not so much the issue but the lack of confidence and experience. Decided that I was going to take action this year and was very excited to reach out to masterclass. I made an appointment with an enrollment coach on 2/7/24 - I watched all the videos they sent prior to our appointment, the coach cancelled last minute and was replaced with another. I didn't mind the last minute change even though I had no idea whom I'm speaking with. Our conversation started with relatively generic questions - family, goals, visions... but it took a negative turn when he asked whether someone would be making the decisions with me. When I told him that once I decide, I will include my spouse in the decision. The conversation at that point, stopped. He would not continue our call until my husband is with me. I told him that it was my project and that I would like him to continue so I can learn more about masterclass. He said he couldn't based upon company policy and refused to continue our call. He informed me that he would send me additional information about their program and as of today 2/13/24 I still haven't heard back. I followed up with both contacts with an email and still nothing. It's very unfortunate how transactional this whole experience came to be. I was ready to take action, commit and move forward with someone that I could trust. A simple meeting with someone that is professional and genuine in their care would have been enough. Thought I share this experience to anyone who is looking. Be ready to have everyone on the call that is able to pay the bills otherwise, you'll be wasting a lot of your time.
