Fantastic Services has renewed my membership a month early and has taken money out of my account despite my cancellation of the membership. I need the money back, and was told that I can contact the finance department. When trying to do so, I have only been met by unhelpful phone line tangents and robots. I find this extremley frustrating as, having had a good experience with them so far, I can no longer get in contact with them. Really dissapionted.

Jess was excellent Professional , independent and courteous. Made an effort to understand what we wanted and kept communicating appropriately throughout. Hi early one of the best experiences we've had with fantastic services.

We use our oven a lot and I'm ashamed to say I had left it for over a year (!) without so much as a wipe-down.... the technician was great, he arrived on time, was polite and efficient and did an absolutely brilliant job. Not for nothing are they called Fantastic Cleaners - they really are! Thoroughly recommended.
