Fantastic Services has renewed my membership a month early and has taken money out of my account despite my cancellation of the membership. I need the money back, and was told that I can contact the finance department. When trying to do so, I have only been met by unhelpful phone line tangents and robots. I find this extremley frustrating as, having had a good experience with them so far, I can no longer get in contact with them. Really dissapionted.

Dimitar and Iliya were brilliant. They were friendly, focused, efficient and they cleaned up after themselves when done. They did the work quickly and without complaint, despite the truly scorching heat. I could not recommend them more.

Decent service After some initial confusion around the meaning of 'man + van', customer services really stepped in to clear this up - and with great attention to detail. The removal guys worked hard too - and with dedication.

Its a new cleaning service and as before the work was excellent and no complaints whatsoever. The service is totally trustworthy even when I was not present at the property.
