Unfortunately I couldn't use the card and had to return it. Should have bought a different one which I did later. So, I contacted support via live chat. Tan took the case and had it resolved within 10 min. Great customer service. Fast and efficient.

After another try getting a card I got it the first time was my mistake of not understanding crypto I would prefer more payment options and clearer pricing but overall good

Update no card issued on the website, support email found in Junk, bit slow and painful and needed it for when i ordered, but got there in the end

I appreciate the security features and ease of use, but I did have a minor activation issue that was quickly resolved.
