The sales quotation and negotiation stage was a bit rocky as not all staff are on the same page! However, we have just had all new windows, fascias, soffits, gutters and a tiled roof on our conservatory fitted and we are delighted with the results. All of the fitters were very professional, friendly and tidy. Lee and Karl were very pleasant to have around.

A very good job done by considerate workman

We are very pleased with our new windows, doors and porch, fitted by EYG. Despite lockdown occurring partway through our schedule we are completely satisfied with the service we received from EYG. This is the second time we have used EYG for replacement windows and doors and we knew that the standard of finish would be high. Can't praise the fitters enough for their attention to detail and the care they took of our home.

Eyg took 6 week to fit our windows, they was only working 3 hours a day! They damaged the brickwork around our front door which cannot be repaired and looks terrible, they put a hole in our bathroom wall which again, looks terrible and they half repaired it.... The plastic on the door has cracked twice since being fitted because the plastic is about the same thickness as a margarine tub. they are now refusing to repair it because they think we've impacted the door with something..... In summary, the quality of the products are inferior, the skill and work ethic of the fitters is poor at best.... Do not use this company!!!! AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!!! And now, as of 18/02/21 the rubber seals in the windows are failing! I won't bother asking eyg to look at this as I know it won't get sorted, I will try and repair the poor quality widows myself. As I'm sat here with wind blowing through the windows!!! -in answer to their reply- don't be fooled into thinking they give a s**t! they still refuse to repair the crappy door, they told us that we have damaged it..... Twice.....

EYG did a Fantastic Job fitting m Patio door and the quality is Excellent all done in a day and a new glass roof too full marks all round

Wish I had not contacted this lot.£5200 for windows turned up yesterday 29/7/2020 fantastic lads Lewis and Liam took the day off to check everything was as it should be good job I Did .wrong glass .was advised to let them put them in to see what they look like .wife came home said they are not bad but they are not what we have paid for .no contact whatsoever until I contacted them .they have offered to put things Right .but going to be almost another month.then tried telling us we should not have signed the surveyors report .we didn’t our 17 year old daughter did as we were both at work .now I have just been told legally I have to have them after the new glass is put in .we want to get the house on the market NOW the guy said “what difference dose that make to not putting it up for sale”.Different windows around the house for the pictures .stay well clear.thanks for your Generic reply nope no one contacted us had to do it myself 17.15pm to have the windows installed before estate agents Come next weekend .surveyors contract sent to relevant people with regards getting my teenage Daughter to sign.so up Date Everything is our fault wrong Glass.not being at home when surveyor called .NO Description of the windows on original order form .surveyor put on his form that we should contact him(no nothing) and so on .please tell me is it also our fault that you Attached ALL Details from another gentleman’s Quote and when I told M Hughes from the Hull branch the exact reply was .“so what non of those detail are important” .just now 08.20 the 2 lovely guys Liam and lewis have just turned up shaking felt so sorry for them to be put in the situation where they have to tell me no more windows fitted till you sign to guarantee payment .so out of 10 windows i now only have 3 new ones fitted and now £150 Down as I cannot get photos done for sale .Disgusting .

I have recently had my Sofits, Fascia's and guttering replaced. I had a few quotes and EYG were by far the most reasonable AND what i liked was the fact they advised me! The fitters were friendly, hard working and actually turned up when they said they would! The products are of excellent quality and i genuinely couldn't be happier with the whole process and result. Highly recommend.

EYG replaced our 31 year old conservatory with a brand new Hybrid design. All went to plan, Gary and Jack working tirelessly in the baking heat to complete the installation on time, and the plasterers and electricians arriving on cue to complete the job exactly on schedule. All rubbish was removed from the site and precautions were taken to prevent damage to the existing conservatory floor. None of this had to be mentioned to the contractors, the guys really knew what they were doing and this was especially impressive coming out of a long period of lock down. Thanks for a brilliant job EYG.

Thanks EYG for a good job on our new kitchen window, everything was fine except for one thing - we were told over the phone that the installer wouldn't need to come into the kitchen, so social distancing wouldn't be an issue, but on the day it was necessary. It wasn't a problem to us, in fact we'd been surprised at what we'd been told, but we think you should have been a bit more honest about what would be necessary - especially as we'd previously had to self-isolate due to the Coronavirus. So 4 stars instead of 5 in this case.

We had a problem with our 4 year old bay window yesterday. 1 of the side windows had gone misaligned. To request a service call you have to go on line, not my favourite job. The form was simple to fill in and took no time at all. Less than an hour later we had a call to say that a service engineer could be with us in the afternoon if that was OK, or the Friday 4 days later. They service engineer arrived at 2 fixed the problem and checked the other side and adjusted that one also. 4 years ago EYG installed 2 bay windows 1 side window and a back door very efficiently. The 2 bays were particularly troublesome needing steel work supports. The installation team were efficient and new what they were doing. Since then 2 years ago we had a double opening patio door. Excelent service would recomend them

This is perhaps one of the best, most professional organisation I've dealt with. The work was done - both the base and the upper parts - by two teams of knowledgeable, skilled and cheerful builders. A couple of minor snags once completed were put right in a matter of a very few hours. For that sort of response, and overall control of the project, I must thank Mr Ian Brice.

Love the new windows and doors.Mick and Ashley very experienced hard working fitters polite and respectful. Also good firm to deal with.

The most efficient, punctual and polite builders we’ve ever had. The workmanship was excellent. They cleaned up after themselves. Very happy with the installation of the hybrid roof and the overall finish. Well done EYG!

Would have been 5 stars if the man that done measuring and the man that done fitting had worn or offered to wear face masks in our home. Other than that exceptional windows and work.

Everyone was polite and efficient and cleaned up after their work. We found the lads very helpful, especially when we discovered a leak, which turned out to be not through the new roof but our existing soffits.

Review for Scarborough branch. Poor initial fitting of some products which required replacements and refitting. Very poor customer service and communication for a large company. Quality of products over the long term as yet to be seen. Only suitable resolved via complaint and intervention by head office. On reflection I feel I would have been better going with one of the other local independent companies I got quotes from as substantial cheaper.

Absolutely first class from start to finish.we are so pleased with the finished product.mick and Ashley were polite and friendly and worked very hard.the standard of finish is excellent. We even got a phone call today as a follow up.would highly recommend to anyone.like I said first class.
