My daughter has been using the online tutoring provision and there has not been a single session that has not been plagued with technical difficulties. While the tutoring appears to be of a good standard, it has been impacted considerably by the instability of the platform. Given the cost associated with this service, I would expect a far more robust experience

Explore Learning have been amazing, in tutoring my 10yr old for the last 2 years. His tutor Sam was incredible and allowed my son to work at his own pace, supporting him all the way. Sian and Katie in the Ashford centre were amazing too. I'd definitely recommend them all! Thank you Explore Learning!

My children are having fun while they learn through exploration.My daughter’s reading skill has improved dramatically since she joined Explore learning.

They have been very patient with my son and have really helped him with his learning. He still has much to learn but feel they will enable him to do it. The reason is wasn't 5* is because I think they could improve on the cleanliness of the branch we use, I mentioned it previously and can see they have made some changes but some of the surfaces still require attention. Staff are always friendly and polite and my son is happy there.

The team at explore learning are friendly and approachable. The learning environment is relaxed and inviting. My child enjoys his time there and seems to enjoy the exercises which is a major accomplishment as school is not his favourite place. Since starting there his attitude toward learning and academic achievement has turned around completely so that itself is worth it for me as a parent.

I have been sending my daughter since she was 6yrs old, she is now 12. Explore learning starts the child off on according to their ability, so they can master all the skills in English and maths once they have mastered it they then put you forward on the next stage. It’s so the child can learn properly and if they are behind, they can easily catch up with practice

I would highly recommend Explore Learning. My son has been attending online lessons in preparation for the 11+ exam and so far has been making great progress. He looks forward to his lessons with Patricia and Giten. Both of his tutors have identified methods to build his confidence in verbal reasoning and maths. In the past, before joining Explore Learning, my son would become discouraged when he did not understand certain questions especially when he got them wrong. However, his tutors have helped him to develop a better understanding of questions and how to approach answering these. He enjoys his sessions and feels happy after each lesson. His tutors have a passion for helping children reach their full potential and this is evident in their teaching. The confidence he has gained during his sessions has also filtered through his learning in school. My son said 'Give them a 5 mummy!' :) The management have also been a pleasant to deal with and are always helpful. The progress meeting held with Charlotte was informative and helped me to understand my child's progress clearly.

My child is attending Explore Learning in Sydenham. Since he started he made signifiant strides in his studies. More than anything explore learning helped him build up self confidence. When he started, working autonomously was a struggle, now it is the norm. His school results have imporved tremendousy as well. I can only recommend this Explore leaarning. The staff is patient and invested in the child progress. They know how to build a rapport with my child.
