This company is legit and has fantastic products. I was concerned the first time I placed an order, because I wasn't getting tracking updates, but when I finally did, it was telling me that my product would be arriving the next day! I have ordered multiple times from them now. The little charms are great quality and perfect!

Lovely bracelet. Arrived quicker than I thought. Well made and looks good quality. Got a free gift which was nice. Great communication. Had read bad reviews about charms breaking but time will only tell on that one. Only dropped one star because even though I got it half price with an offer I still found it a bit expensive for what it is but I'm overall really happy with it.

I was nervous that this was a scam but I took a chance only to be pleasantly surprised. Continuous communication, keeping me up to date with the progress of my order & I have received my charms (shipped to South Africa!) on the exact date that was promised. For context my wife and I have been traveling for years and living abroad for over 8 years so we have been blessed with the ability to travel and see so much of the world. So when we saw a new way to keep these memories with mini flags we had to get some(and by some we got 32 flags) to commemorate our time we spent together. For the company at first we were a little nervous by some of the reviews saying unpleasant things about the company. But we are here to say none of these things we read in older reviews are anywhere close to our experience. Once we placed our order we received emails almost every few days of updates on the order. Like I said earlier we live abroad and the shipping was surprisingly fast and was in disbelief when I got the email it had arrived. Overall this is the best gift for any traveler you won’t be disappointed.

All flag charms are more elaborate than I expected. So I'm delighted. I ordered from Japan, but I didn't have to pay the shipping fee this time. I'd like to buy again even if I pay the shipping fee. 全てのチャームがとても精巧で満足です。日本から注文しましたが、今回は送料がかかりませんでした。 送料がかかっても追加で購入したいです。

I got this to remember the countries my husband and I have been to together. The keychain is of great quality and the little flags are so cute! The team from Exchange Life is very responsive. Would recommend for a great gift idea.

Super great memory keeping from the country's where I've been!

These are the cutest little flag charms. I recently got back from a trip and purchased two sets of the countries I visited. One set is for me and the other is for a friend. I thought they were so cute I bought quite a few more. Such a great reminder of the places I have visited.

Great communication, packaging, and great quality products.

Treated myself to a dozen charms as a record of photography travels and although pricey for the size they are finished to a high standard. I received keyring, chain and travel case to sweeten the deal. Well worth watching out for regular sales when buying a number of charms.
