Awful service! We never received our item.. instead of resolving the issue, I received multiple emails from the company trying to justify how professional they are. I received a “fake” photo of my item delivered to a wrong address! Why was the photo not sent to me at the time of the delivery?? Seems very strange…my address was very clear. The company could’ve have simply resolved the issue reordered and dispatched the item, but backtracked on their promise, but kept my funds for a considerable length of time, I had to request for a refund rather than them offering it! Not great if we haven’t received the item nor funds yet! Evorola, I suggests you learn more about how to treat your potential customers before starting a business!

A friend of my husband’s recommended this particular brand so he ordered it. He loves it! From the five other belts he’s tried, this one works best for back pain relief.

Took a while for my order to arrive nearly 2 weeks and orders size it said on there guide to order but feel I could easily of gone done a size possible two so will prob have to order another one which is annoying as they our not cheap belts to buy So all in all I’m 50/50 on wether I would recommend or not

This company has been unbelievable in going beyond my expectations in getting me the right sized belt to fit me properly, Id highly recommend them as they have gone well out of there way to satisfying me. And the product is made very well and so comfortable to wear.

Excellent Belt. I have purchased and ordered the wrong size. Summer in Customer Service was excellent. He helped me to return the belt and exchange it for my correct size. Really happy with the product. It helps me with my Sciatica pain. Keeps my back straight. They have included 3 pads which I can change to my comfort. It’s nice and easy to wear. Happy with my purchase. Would highly recommend.

Received my belt and it fits really good. It has helped my sciatica and metal blade keeps my back straight. I have returned back to work with the help of the belt.

Best back brace that I have ever brought, helps my psyatica pain, it helps keep me upright with the metal plates and is comfortable, customer service was excellent as I ordered the wrong size and they changed it no problem! Word of advice don’t use their size chart order what trouser size you are

I am so disappointed with the handling of your customer, I received a wrong size of belt which I order for and I wrote an email to the customer service address they sent to me for return to exchange the belt size, but unfortunately they return the same belt back to me , which I am not happy about and disappointed. I believe this company is not honest and caring enough with their customers. I ask people to desist from ordering products from the company. Elvis J

Size selection is not true. I ordered a 3xl because it was the closest to my waist size. The belt is way too big. I cannot get it tight enough to know if the belt works or not. How do I send it back?
