Dealt with my exchange quickly although my fault for ordering wrong size. I received the second delivery within a week. They kept me well informed of delivery. Having used it for only 2 days I have already gained relief so it was well worth waiting for.

Does the job it was intended for

From ordering till receiving the product everything was brilliant.

The back brace works great in helping me with my workouts lifting weights. It has saved me some back pain.

My experience so far after just a few hours is a good one. The pain in my lower back has subsided greatly and I can feel that the product is pulling my vertebrae apart. Surprisingly, however, is the heat. The belt warms up the middle of my back and adds extra comfort.

I'm very happy with my purchase and I just started to use it and it is making a difference.

This product has worked as advertised. I am very happy with this purchase, and would recommend to anybody with lower back pain issues.

Took a long time to arrive and find belt to be completely useless does not give the support they claim I get better support from my cheap belt I got off eBay so as far as I would go to say save yourself a lot of money and don’t buy this belt it does not work in my opinion
