My experience at the hospital was great. The staff was very professional and my surgery went well with no complications. I was very impressed. I even had time for a consult for xtra services and got some really advice from the doctor. I would definitely recommend them if you plan a medical tour to Turkey.

Attenzione..le recensioni sono false e acquistate..la clinica non ha nulla a che vedere con il vero ospedale! La signora Arzu lavora da casa ed è una broker! Ho perso 800 euro e sono dovuto rientrare in Italia. I dottori sono ragazzini appena laureati! La clinica ha il logo erdem blu e non rosso. Se mandate le panoramiche non le faranno vedere al dottore che dicono.

👇 Buongiorno, nel 2024 ho effettuato presso di questa clinica un trapianto di capelli del quale sono assolutamente insoddisfatto. Ho quindi richiesto un ulteriore intervento, che dovrei pagare nuovamente di tasca mia nonostante il risultato fallimentare del primo. Da oltre sei mesi, però, ricevo come unica risposta che il mio caso è “in valutazione”. Trovo assurdo impiegare sei mesi per valutare un caso che conoscete perfettamente e per il quale avete già incassato un pagamento. La gestione della comunicazione di questa clinica è vergognosa, fatta di prese in giro e di una totale mancanza di rispetto. Per un’azienda sanitaria privata questo comportamento è inaccettabile e indegno di qualsiasi professionalità.

Totul a fost bine aranjat de cand am ajuns in Istanbul, operatia a decurs minunat, totul a fost explicat si tradus in amanunt de la inceput pana la sfarsit, Monica a fost tot timpul langa mine de la inceput pana la sfarsit. Tot ce vreti sa stiti ea va poate ajuta. Doctorul, asistentele si tot personalul sunt de nota 1000. Recomand cu toata increderea Erdem

I arrived in Istanbul on Monday and was warmly welcomed by the hospital’s transportation service, which took me directly to the hospital. From the very first moment, my mother and I felt truly cared for. At the hospital, we were warmly received by the translator and the nurses. Everyone was incredibly kind, attentive, and did everything possible to make me feel comfortable. I felt at home immediately. That same evening, I underwent many medical examinations in preparation for my gastric sleeve surgery, all of which were very well organized and professional. The next day, I had my gastric sleeve operation. Afterward, the doctor visited me Dr. Ali Solmaz, what an amazing and experienced doctor. He works in a safe, responsible, and professional way, which gave me great confidence and peace of mind. I would also like to give special thanks to the coordinators Tatiana and Yosra for guiding me throughout my entire journey. They truly went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and well-being at every step. Finally, I want to thank all the nurses for their care, support, and dedication. I am deeply grateful to the entire team at Erdem Hospital and highly recommend this hospital to anyone considering gastric sleeve surgery in Turkey.

Много съм доволен и искам да благодаря първо на господин Ахмет, за всеодайноста и изпълнението на поетите обещания, за това, че по всяко време на денонощието беше във връзка с мен,както преди, така и по време на прстоя ми. Искам да благодаря на госпожа Алев, за отзивчивоста и помоща и. Първият ден тя дори беше моя преводачка от немски. Скромна и честна! Искам да изкажа възхищението си от един изключителен специалист и професионалист, моята докторка Ойку Йоздемир! Невероятен човек с голямо сърце, вдъхна ми спокийствие още от първота минута. Направи всичко възможно всичко да бъде готово навреме. Доктор като нея е истинско съкровище за всяка клиника! Желая им да са много здрави и да помагат на всички, както на мен!

Mi experiencia en el hospital no fue nada buena. El primer día fue todo muy bonito hasta el día de la cirugía, que yo preguntaba a los médicos y enfermeras cómo iba a ser el procedimiento y nadie me contestaba (no hablaban inglés y solo se reían de mí). La traductora que me pusieron nos brindó un servicio igual de malo, ya que si le volvías a preguntar algo se enfadaba o sea reía en tu cara. Después de la operación, lo pasé muy mal y necesitaba calmantes, y las enfermeras solo se dedicaban a reírse de mí y del traductor que les sacaba (seguían sin hablar inglés). No recomiendo absolutamente nada esta clínica para la cirugía bariatrica. Mi dietista muy maja y muy amable, siempre atenta por si necesitaba algo. Pero el hospital Erdem no.

Purtroppo la mia esperienza presso Erdem Hospital è stata molto negativa, soprattutto per gravi problemi di organizzazione, comunicazione e rispetto del paziente. Mi sono rivolta a loro per un trapianto di sopracciglia del cui eventuale successo avrò conferma solo fra mesi. Nonostante tutto fosse programmato da mesi, il giorno del mio arrivo nulla è andato come concordato: le analisi del sangue, che mi erano state programmate, non sono mai state effettuate. La comunicazione è stata difficilissima: io non parlo turco e non era disponibile personale con un inglese adeguato. Sono rimasta per ore in albergo senza indicazioni, non riuscendo a contattare l’assistente assegnato. Il giorno dell’intervento sono stata portata in ospedale con oltre un’ora di ritardo e senza l’interprete nella mia lingua che mi era stata promessa. L’interprete italiana arrivata ore dopo parlava un italiano stentato ed è poi andata via durante l’operazione, lasciandomi senza possibilità di comunicare in caso di bisogno. In queste condizioni, il consenso informato non è stato adeguato: non mi è stato spiegato chiaramente che i follicoli prelevati dall’area donatrice vengono rimossi in modo permanente. Avevo inoltre specificato esigenze precise (uso di extension), ma il prelievo è stato effettuato in una zona più alta del concordato, creando ora un problema concreto. Ho pagato un supplemento per essere operata da una specifica dottoressa, ma a parte le incisioni e ciò che veniva fatto apparire a favore di camera, gran parte dell’intervento è stata eseguita da altri medici e il giorno dopo non ho ricevuto alcun controllo post-operatorio da parte sua. È stata data molta importanza a foto e video promozionali, mentre l’assistenza al paziente risultava carente. Hanno usato la mia immagine e quella di mio marito a scopo promozionale senza chiedere il suo consenso. Nella busta dei medicinali consegnatami mancava inoltre un prodotto essenziale per il post-operatorio, per loro errore mai datomi. Nel complesso mi sono sentita trattata più come materiale promozionale che come una paziente. Un’esperienza che mi ha lasciata molto delusa e che spero serva a far riflettere sull’importanza dell’organizzazione, della comunicazione e del rispetto del paziente. A questo punto spero solo che almeno i peli attecchiscano se no sarebbero tutti da denuncia.

Non ho parole per descrivere la bravura del medico oguz boyraz persona gentile precisa pignola e molto bravo consiglio di affidarvi a lui .il reparto dove sono stata ricoverata le infermiere mi hanno seguita in ogni istante mi hanno fatto un’assistenza che non c’è da chiudere bocca a finire con la nostra traduttrice Damla è stata sempre presente in tutta la nostra degenza e arrivo in Istambul questo ospedale è tutto il personale non che dottore merita una recensione a 10 stelle grazie per essere stati umani

Ho fatto Hollywood simile con la dottoressa gunay risultato perfetto , è una rinosettoplastica con la dottoressa Mina Tutte e 2 esperienze sono andate benissimo , il mio traduttore devran e stato sempre presente e disponibile per tutto Sicuramente se ne avessi bisogno ci ritornerei

I contacted and considered a few hospitals in Turkey for my gastric bypass surgery, but Erdem stood out for me. I particularly looked into Dr Ali, his experience and all the recommendations from patients he’d operated on. I did my homework and decided that he was the surgeon I wanted for my surgery. From the initial contact with the medical consultant, the countless questions that I had which he had no qualms answering and the attention to detail was fantastic. I decided to book and the countdown was on. We arrived at the airport, the taxi was waiting and off we went. Arriving at the hospital where a translator was waiting, we had paperwork to complete then we were lead straight to our room to settle in. Tests were then all done ready for surgery the following morning. Dr Ali came to see me first thing to explain what would happen in theatre and off I went. I could not be happier with how we were treated, the care, the surgery and the outcome. I would definitely recommend Erdem Hospital, particularly Dr Ali and his team. I can’t thank them enough for everything they’ve done for me. Absolutely amazing.

Mein Mann hatte eine etwas größere Operation in diesem Krankenhaus. Von Anfang hatten wir eine Unterstützung per WhatsApp. Die liebe Dina war IMMER für uns da und hat immer schnell weiter geholfen sowie übersetzt! Auch bei wichtigen Fragen wurde sofort und professionell geantwortet. Sie hat außerdem jeden Tag gefragt, wie es dem Patienten geht.❤️ Das Krankenhaus ist sehr modern und die Begleitperson schläft auf einer Couch mit in dem Zimmer. Es gibt leider kein zweites Bett aber das ist nicht schlimm. Vom Airport zum Krankenhaus sowie zu den Untersuchungen gibt es immer einen Transfer mit einem großen Auto! Dieser war leider nicht immer pünktlich. Die Krankenschwestern sind sehr freundlich und es gibt notfalls einen Übersetzer welcher mindestens Englisch spricht! Das ist sehr hilfreich. Der Arzt ist sehr sympathisch, erklärt alles in Ruhe und hat eine super Arbeit geleistet! Er spricht auch Englisch. Anschließend wird man in ein nahegelegenes Hotel gebracht. Top Zimmer und sehr gute Lage. Auch nach der OP stehen wir mit Dina und dem Arzt in Kontakt. Wir würden es auf jeden Fall empfehlen und bedanken uns hiermit nochmal🙏🏻 Vielen Dank an das ganze Team!

Ich hatte am 29. Dezember eine septorhinoplastische Operation bei Frau Dr. Mina Jahani. Ich bin mit dem Ergebnis mehr als zufrieden. Ich kann Sie nur weiter empfehlen. Sowohl die Beratung, die Betreuung und der Eingriff, waren zu meiner vollsten Zufriedenheit. Ich wurde vor meiner abreise, während meines Aufenthaltes und auch nach meiner Rückkehr von Gülsa Dina, begleitet und beraten. Auch Sie kann ich nur weiter empfehlen. Vielen Dank für alles
