Bad after care. It took Ian 4 weeks to reply saying he had put a refund into my account. That did not happen. He has not replied to another email sent 3 weeks ago. The taxi was sent to the wrong airport in Shanghai. I paid again for a taxi. The hotel had a noisy train on outskirts from 5am until midnight. It took one and three quarter hours to board the ship. No inoculation certificates were checked. We ended up constantly coughing for over 2 weeks. We would not book another holiday with him.

Amazing service helping us find the right areas to visit and hotels to stay at in Italy. We changed our minds about a few things and also had some non-negotiables, which Ian stuck to for us and found some great looking places to stay. Will definitely use them again.

A fantastic service from Ian booking our summer holiday after frustration and price changes at the last minute online- he managed to match the best price we cpuld no longer get ourselves and booked everything within an hour! Prompt and helpful,the best service we could have asked for! Will definitely use again and recommend!
