Fantastic customer service! I accidentally purchased tickets for New Brighton ( Liverpool). Thinking it was Brighton Sussex 🤦♀️ I called thinking they wouldn’t be helpful - but was pleasantly surprised to a, speak to a human and b, and extremely pleasant one named Kerrie. She was so understanding and helpful and transferred my tickets to a venue closer to me. Extremely grateful for this wonderful service- highly recommend.

Booking was very easy, however the best service I received was when I had to contact customer service as I had used an old email was excellent, Kellie was really helpful and resolved the problem so quickly and professional.

The experience was something so unique and outstanding due to the performers extraordinary talent both as individuals and a group. They all had Vocal ranges that in tandem with great dancing skills and abilities, lifted you off the floor..not just your seat.!!!.

Elsie is amazing! Nothing else to say pet from that. I had typed in my wrong e mail adress and fret reaching for my missing tickets for over n hour I contacted customer services nd Elsie sorted everything out without contacting me endlessly. Elsie is a star. Such a fabulous asset to your company

I was struggling to get some tickets sorted and as the result of an email Elsie at Stage City helped me and as the result I got the tickets that I wanted. Elsie was just so helpful. I don't know if I could have done it without her friendly help.
First class service Purchased Motown tickets in Jan - couldn’t find the confirmation email for next week’s show. Emailed past 7pm and received an email indicating that they will look into my query in the morning ( when the office is open) and get back to me. 9.15am the following day, received a further reply with my confirmation email resent. Thank you kerrie for your quick replies and assurance - would def recommend using this platform for tickets - will use again

I had a query regarding tickets for an upcoming show. This required tickwts being released back to the venue in question so i could then get the tickets from there. I thought it was going to involve lots of phonecalls between me and Entertainers and venue. But after exchanging a couple of messages with Customer Service Agent Elsie at Entertainers, everything was sorted. Elsie/the team contacted the venue the following morning, released the tickets and then the venue contacted me so i could complete the purchase. Completely hassle free for me and left me very happy with the service I had received.
Brilliant so so helpful, had booked tickets for a show and only just realised we were not sitting together. They sorted it all out very quickly with only das to go before the show. Thankyou
