While the counseling itself was decent, I had multiple issues with billing and scheduling that took weeks to resolve. The platform glitched a few times and I lost some work. For the premium price point, I expected much better technical support and customer service responsiveness.

The college matching suggestions were spot-on and helped me discover schools I hadn't considered. Essay feedback was constructive though sometimes felt rushed during peak season. Would benefit from more personalized attention given the cost, but overall a positive experience that helped me get accepted to my dream school.
