I’ve had a septorhinoplasty at Ekol Hospital, and the experience was amazing and so, so much better than I expected. The whole team was amazing, my representative, Fara, my doctor, Dr Baha Sezgin, the nurses, the hospital staff, they took really good care of me, very professional and friendly. My doctor was Dr Baha Sezgin and he completely transformed my crooked and bumpy nose, giving me the nose I always wanted. I had minimal swelling, almost no bruising and zero pain, which has been a very pleasant surprise, as I expected much worse. But the professionalism of the team and their experience has provided a much better outcome than expected. I will forever be grateful to them. The biggest thank you ever to my representative Fara, who is an absolute star, organised everything (hospital stay, hotel stay, transfers), made this whole journey easy, was always there to answer any questions and put any worries to rest, and facilitated the whole process. I wouldn’t have done this if it weren’t for her. A very positive experience, amazing people, made new friends and created lovely memories in Izmir, which is a beautiful city by the sea - the hotel is a mere 5 mins walk from the sea, so again, thank you Fara for booking the perfect hotel. I recommend Ekol to anyone who wants to have any kind of procedure done.
