Fantastic from start to finish,thankyou
From Starr to finish in less than 4 weeks this company were great. Everyone involved knew what what they were doing and the 2 guys who installed the boiler were very tidy and efficient. After years of not having hot water on tap,it was hit and miss ,and not bring able to afford to pay for new boiler this is a godsend.,Can't thank all involved enough and definitely recommend anyone in same position to apply for this grant.

Fantastic service from a great company
This company made the whole experience as simple and as quick as possible. From their customer service to their fitters we couldn't have asked for a more helpful company. The speed at which they processed our application was incredible and their fitters worked incredibly hard from start to finish. I would not hesitate to highly recommend this company.

Quick and efficient boiler replacement
I needed a quick boiler replacement after buying a new house. Eco services made things easy and straight forward through the grant. From the initial start they were efficient and easy to deal with and had great customer service. Iqra with whom we dealt with from the beginning and then Ahmed were polite and friendly and went above and beyond to ensure my boiler got fitted the way I wanted. They are even willing to come back and put me a new radiator in my kitchen and conservatory with a small charge. Thank you for the great service.

This company have gone above and beyond…
This company have gone above and beyond what we expected when enquiring about the grant. From the initial communication regarding the boiler, to the survey taking place and then having insulation and the boiler fitted was such a quick turnaround. I would like to give a special mention to the workmen that came to our house, all worked incredibly hard and were polite, friendly and explained everything. I would recommend this company 100%.

The best out there.
I’ve been back and forth with almost 50 different companies who seem to be hiring people that know nothing about good customer service. I finally came across a young lady called Icra or ikra who was honestly remarkable. Great customer service skills and finally got me sorted. The work completed was also top tier. New and better boiler
Lately, I had issues with my boiler. I contacted Eco Energy Services (as it came highly recommended in Slough), and was pleased with their prompt and attentive customer service. Even though my boiler had to be replaced, it turned out to be a good move because the new one has been working perfectly for 2 weeks now!
