I applied for a government grant,a friend recommended me as she had the company and was very satisfied with them and she had been recommended by british gas, So we had hoped that as they were recommended by british gas that they would be a good company. When I made the appointment they came out within a couple of days to assess the property and then within eleven days it was all fitted.. They were 3 men that came they were there from 9 in the morning till 9 at night to remove the old boiler and tank and fit the new boiler. I also had 2 other men that came and fitted loft insulation and a extractor fan in the kitchen.They were there for a couple of hours.They were all very hard working.Unfortunately they cut through two hidden electric cables due to not having an electric tester. My radiators were older and could not accommodate the new boiler.Two of my radiators swelled and cracked with the pressure when they filled the radiators after installation of the boiler. They were only able to replace one of them for me free of charge as replacing radiators is not part of the scheme.The other one was then condemned as it was cracked,so I then had to purchase and replace the other cracked radiator myself and i then decided to purchase and replace another 2 radiators as well myself and got a different company to fit them,as I was worried in case the others cracked with the pressure of the new boiler and as it was a new boiler system I felt it was then better to have newer radiators to make it more efficient. Overall I was very happy with the new boiler and loft insulation that I did not have to pay anything for because of the grant.They were very hard workers,that didn't have a lunch break or hardly any drink breaks. At one point the house looked like a bomb had hit it with all the tools and dust and materials everywhere.But that was to be expected on such a big job,but they cleaned up as best as they could before they left.I am very satisfied with the new boiler and loft installation and i'm very lucky to have received the grant to pay for it all.
They installed very carefully. Finally they finished on time, leave clean and tidy. I'm happy with them.

To whom it may concern the boiler was fitted. It was working and still working fine when I had it fitted There was three new radiators that had not been connected up, so they wasn’t working. The ones that was already working.was 3 out Of 7 was working. The rest was not because they needed to be connected to the pipes. If I knew that They would not connect the radiators up then I would’ve had them done before they came in, but nobody was here the day the fitters come to fit the new boiler, so we didn’t know what was happening so I ended up paying a plumber to come in and finish the work off to get all the radiators working correctly, but the work they did was satisfactory
Was good and active Clean and reliable and efficient And comunicated well between each other to get the job done .
