very pleasant people who worked hard all day and did a terrific job. They seemed to a always be running as they worked and at the end of the day they explained to us what they had done and gave us a demonstration of how to use the new equipment This is a thank you from my wife and I for the excellent job your people did and to you for your kind and friendly help through the difficulties that I had producing the paperwork! Insulation work
The time taken to do the works, we was promised someone would come and no one would come for a whole week until we kept chasing the company. Failed promise callbacks, the works started in April and only finished now when we was told it would take between 4-8 weeks. The finishing of the works leaves a lot to be desired and could be improved a lot especially length of time and guttering works, tiles above the guttering could do with improving.

I would highly recommend eco energy services although there was a few problems with a circuit board they put the problem right quickly and kept us informed what they were doing and when things were going to happen and kept to their promises.
