Joshua Flurry took his time to explain every aspect of applying for Medicare and asked the right questions in order to understand the coverage I needed. He went over several plans in detail to see which one covered all my needs. He took his time in checking to see if my providers were in the network needed for all my medical and other needs. It took some time to enroll but Joshua was very patient and understanding every time I stopped him to ask questions. Since we were not finished by the time his shift was up, he kindly continued to finish answering my questions and continued my application until it was ready to be submitted. Thanks Joshua and his team for helping me through the trenches of understanding and filing my application.

Precy Lora has the gift and quality that is missing from customer service and care in most businesses today. She is very easy to talk to and if she doesn't have the answer she make the necssary steps to get it. If she says I'll call you back.....she does.
