As you all know, once the quotes are in its the difficulty of choosing which company to go for. We decided to go for DX HI Ltd and was the best decision we made. I don't always go with reviews but in this case was the right thing to do. After the first day there was a small misunderstanding with what was getting done. After speaking to John (foreman) it was all fixed without any questions or problems. The rest of the install went great and looks fab (thanks John and your team). The windows and doors look very high quality compared to what was taken out. Would highly recommend DX HI Ltd and would use them again without hesitation. The full team were a delight to deal with and would bend over backwards to help.

Back in Feb 22 we picked DX Home Improvements Ltd to replace our old double glazing. Installation was set for early April. Installation day and the team turn up with our eleven new windows. There was a slight snag. Four didn't fit. This was not the fault of DX Home Improvement. Within two hours DX had ordered four new windows of the correct size. There was no hassle, no waffling, no excuses. Just a mindset of getting the problem fixed for the customer as quickly as possible. DX were an absolute pleasure to work with. The teams tidied up after themselves were friendly, polite and worked non-stop. The windows themselves are very high quality with an excellent finish. I would have no hesitation in employing DX again and fully recommend them to anyone considering double glazing. I find the true nature of a company is revealed when things go wrong. When things went wrong on our job, DX moved heaven and earth to get things sorted as quickly as possible. They're an excellent company.

Excellent service in fitting windows. Consulted at every stage and changed things to suit us. Team tidied up everything and checked to ensure we were happy. One small issue was readily resolved. Highly recommended.

Professional team fitted windows, excellent finish and the boys were very tidy. Could not fault them. Mark was on hand to answer any questions I had. We will use DX Home improvements again.

Recently had new windows fitted. They look lovely. Workmen very polite and respectful. Only one little snagging problem which will be very easily fixed involving a hinge cover which pops off when opening one of the windows. Mark aware of this and it will be fixed soon. Can’t believe how much quieter it is now. Thanks to all at DX home improvements.

The installation team involved who fitted a new front stable door, french doors and 12 windows were very professional, knowledgable and helpful. DX manage to do our install earlier than expected to meet our personal dates of availability. Unfortunately DX we’re not able to deliver on all aspects of my order as promised by the sales person which was frustrating, and hence the 4 stars not 5.

Outstanding from start to finish I would highly recommend this company I was not at home when fitters came to replace my windows But On my return windows looked great there was no mess to clean up Very tidy guys Also the follow up from Mark was great He was very pleasant and polite Also Robert came out to show me how to open windows fully from inside He was very polite and took his time to show me how they work I certainly will use this company again Excellent job thank you

I am Very happy with the work DX Home improvements have done,I got all my windows replaced and new doors,only took the guys 2 days, they were very efficient and tidy, they turned up when they said they would and worked right through till the job was done. Quality windows and doors I’m a very happy customer 👍👍

Positive: Great service, and the job was done quickly and relatively on time. I found that the staff had a very professional attitude, which desirable. Negative: My door replacement service was delayed by a day but this is understandable. Also, I think it should be made more explicit and clear as to which payment options are available (I should not have to resort to fine-print nor last minute phone calls to find out that I cannot distribute payments over e.g. a 3-6 month period without prior arrangement). I nonetheless recommend DX Home Improvements Ltd

Delighted with our experience with DX Home Improvements. Fantastic communication from the very start, no hard sales pitch and incredibly tidy install. From the office staff to the fitters, everyone was incredibly professional. Our new doors look fantastic and I would highly recommend them.

Easy enough to deal with. No issues at all and very reasonable priced. Quick and proper instillation. Slightly neater finish could have been done, but. All in all. very good job. No hard sell was a really good thing.

I've had bad experience with trades before. Previous mob rearranged 4/5 times before finally installing. DX met all set timelines set out. Were clear and concise about price and install time. Would recommend. Will.be coming back if needed in future

We got a quote from DX - thanks to Becca, who was polite and professional when she came to measure up. She didn't try any high-powered sales patter which I liked. The quote process was done quickly and efficiently and she answered all my many questions courteously. I'd have given five stars, and the only reason for 4 stars is that the price quoted was second top of five quotes, and I can't award 4 and a half - sorry! But I was very happy with the way the company dealt quickly with my request for a quote, and would certainly consider DX for future home improvements.
