Why l ticked 5 stars is because you actually have humans who respond to telephone calls. That in itself is something to be applauded. Any issues raised on a phone call have always in my experience been resolved. That again is to be applauded. I have never in my 70 yr life been seduced by marketing into buying a skin care product. I found your marketing very very American and very cringingly un British. Almost a reason not to buy the products. The sales pitch just goes on and on and on. The very reason just to say no thank you. Dr Sister doesn’t need this full on marketing. The product is good enough to sell itself. I get that people are seduced by offer after offer after offer but in my opinion this totally reduces the product to quantity rather than quality. I do appreciate that Americans are probably seduced by this strategy. Dr Sister himself is 100% the reason l bought this product. I hope that he is very very genuine and sincere. I believe he is. Finally how can a product EVER hope to have results on every variation of skin type on this planet bearing in mind the biggest contributing factor will be AGE ! I don’t believe it could never erase my 70 year old crepey skin despite l am an ex champion 800 mtr runner and l have trained since l was 14yrs old. That you offer a refund is a noble gesture. I have been given a refund. I have continued to use the crepe rewind but l will probably stop when l continue to see no visible result. I wish with all of my heart that the ‘guarantee’ to work truly was a guarantee. How can it be? Please tell me Dr Sister on what scientific grounds you believe crepe rewind can remove seriously crepey skin ?

They keep taking money from my account non stop!. Even though I unsuscriped.. I don't trust them at all!!

Am on my second jar of Crepe Rewind and have noticed no difference in my crepey skin. I bought three jars so will persevere but am wondering if we older women are gullible and desperate and possibly we being taken advantage of by a famous name.

I have been most impressed by the effect of applying Dr.Sister's remarkable formulae:- 'Crepe Rewind' (every night) to any problem area. In the morning I massage in 'Younger You' treatment after cleansing my face. I also make sure to ingest an 'Inner Beauty' capsule at bedtime. The result of this consistent treatment is that one noticeable sharp, vertical groove between my eyebrows has gone away. I sometimes can hardly believe my own eyes!! That unsightly groove has been faithfully with me since the late 1990s. I was under huge stress and responsibility at that time & was convinced I'd never be free of it, the horrid groove. A BIG thank you to Dr.Sister. Also for other improvements, less obvious. This magical result has been slow in arriving, probably eighteen months. But all, happily, going in the right direction. I have been using the Inner Beauty capsules and the Younger You cream for a while and find that my nails are in better condition and the cream has left me with fewer wrinkles and my skin is softer and more hydrated. I have recently started using the Dark Vanish cream and I am seeing slight results, time will tell! Thankyou Dr Sister. Keep up the good work.

Using these products makes my skin consistently lovely. I use vitamin C serum and younger you in the morning and niacinamide serum and younger you at night which is perfect for me. My skin tone is now always even, supple ,super soft ,bright and glowing.

Used crepe rewind for over a month now. Not noticed any dramatic improvement but I’ll keep going with it. Maybe slightly improved the crepey skin on my arms and neck following quick a big weight loss. Seems to be a good company to deal with. No problems with my orders. I find the products expensive so tend to purchase when I see offers on. I get emails to let me know about these. Overall I’m satisfied and hope for a more noticeable improvement over the next few months

Most of your products have helped, but not all of them. Some have given me problems, whereas others have not shown any difference.

Does what it says it will the actual visual difference between before and during the use of the serums is clearly the attraction too re invest in my old tired face ! It’s the only one I’ve got.
