When I started this journey and purchased the pro version of this crappy app and AI I was looking for a boost in my credit score. I started out in the mid 700s now my score has dropped 90 points. There has not been a single day with this AI induced app that my score improved and the money that I’m paying useless for it to help me, it appears that it is doing the opposite. I am not happy with the results and I would think twice about using this company

I have had issues with various apps and passwords over the years, and most of the time I end up losing access, information, and the human understanding just lacks. Dovly needed to verify my identity at one point, and I didn’t feel comfortable sending the docs they were asking for, so someone reached out to me over the phone, and offered alternative questions over the call. They understood my trepidation and were so willing to try something different. It reminds me that people are the ones behind the computers and texts and apps we use daily. And I think companies like Dovly are clueing to the fact that people still need compassion and understanding for certain online insecurities…especially in the face of A.I. so thanks Dovly, for just calling me. A simple gesture that instilled a bit more trust in my world.

Well I been using Dovly for a lil while now disputing some stuff and really like that they have actually got them deleted ,I don’t understand the bad reviews but I guess we all experience bad at times , but I’m really considering doing more with Dovly to improve my score and get life on track Since so far so good !!!

Based on my personal experience, the service only handled one dispute at a time, and the remaining items were scheduled out over a long period. This made the overall process much slower than I expected and resulted in higher costs for me. I recommend that anyone considering this service carefully review the terms, timelines, and billing process so you understand exactly what you’re paying for. I also encourage reading a variety of reviews to make an informed decision. I’m sharing this so others know what my experience was like. I would not recommend this company at all.

This place is full of shit they took my money twice in one week and said it's non refundable so don't believe those false reviews and i canceled and they still took my money Don't trust this site check the BBB and see they reviews also

This service is amazing in the past you would be paying thousands of dollars to a credit repair company. For the same cost of what credit monitoring would cost you get everything. This service well worth and you can cancel anytime.

It is fairly easy since AI is doing the grunt work but it would be nice to see at what stage the disputes are at instead of it just saying resubmitted, or submitted, it just doesn’t make me feel like I’m apart of the process. I’m really left in the dark. Which again, great AI is taking care of it. But if you consider someone that is actually trying to better their credit, I feel out of the loop.
