The human touch…
I have had issues with various apps and passwords over the years, and most of the time I end up losing access, information, and the human understanding just lacks. Dovly needed to verify my identity at one point, and I didn’t feel comfortable sending the docs they were asking for, so someone reached out to me over the phone, and offered alternative questions over the call. They understood my trepidation and were so willing to try something different. It reminds me that people are the ones behind the computers and texts and apps we use daily. And I think companies like Dovly are clueing to the fact that people still need compassion and understanding for certain online insecurities…especially in the face of A.I. so thanks Dovly, for just calling me. A simple gesture that instilled a bit more trust in my world.
