I found Dolphin Utilities to be extremely efficient. I recently used them to change electricity supplier and they found me an excellent rate with a new supplier. Dave was always available to answer any questions I had, there was very quick and easy communication through WhatsApp.
Dave contacted me shortly after I emailed Dolphin Utilities requesting the best rates for a combined electricity and gas account. He asked a a few relevant questions, then recommended the cheapest rates based on my personal needs. All I had to do was send in a bill, and Dolphin Utilities took care of the switch over.
