Absolutely first class service. Orders, quickly expedited. Alas first one was damaged due to to poor packing, but they sent a new one the next day. Alas again in a jiffy bag, but it came uncompromised. But very impressed with customer service. Briliant.

I was looking for help with with a skin issue that my GP hasn’t really been much help with and a Google search brought me to Dr Fox. I found them to be helpful, I also found the medical questions asked to be very thorough but not intrusive in any way. The price I paid was very competitive in comparison to some other online pharmacies and delivery was very fast. If I ever need to something outside of the services my GP offers again Dr Fox will be my first choice.

I was looking for altitude sickness treatments ahead of an upcoming trip and could not speak more highly of the customer service team. Nicola was so efficient and accommodating in making sure the treatment arrived ahead of our trip.

I had to request a refund because of my mistake and they refunded me the next day. The person I spoke to was very helpful and friendly. Would use them again.

From start to finish, very easy and a great website Prices reasonable too. Rather than wait days to get through to even get a triage call from my GP I came to Dr Fox. Glad I did, i knew what my issue was so getting the antibiotics the next day was a huge relief. Highly recommend and they do identity checks too so it's all above board.
