After my first order, Dior emailed me a code that I can use on my next purchase to get a free makeup pouch. Since i need a makeup pouch, I order more stuff from Dior with required $$ amount to get the free makeup pouch. My order came, but no make up pouch. I made that second order in hopes i get a makeup pouch but just to be disappointed. I call customer serbice and all the agent said is that pouch is not available anymore. I wont order from Dior again.

Ordered a lipstick from Dior’s website, packaging was fine, delivery fast. My girl really liked it, prices are high of course, but it’s dior, you know what you’re paying for.
Very bad customer service. I have a concealer leaking. Was supposed to get a replacement, but been waiting +3 weeks. No response any longer on email. Called 3 times, got promised to get emails, which I don't get and then I spoke to her and she said that she actually didn't have any rights at all to send a replacement. I said the concealer is in fact leaking and that it's all over tiktok if you just search on it. She said it can be "fake news", even though there's multiple people saying the same thing. The one I spoke to was Isadora, Swedish customer service (english-speaking person) They say they have sent it but refuse to give me a tracking number or any proof of it actually being sent Now I’ve been waiting 7 weeks and I know I won’t get the concealer as promised
I bought a second hand dior La D De Dior watch for 12000dkk, the bracelet is too short therefore I contacted client service for 2 bracelet extensions. surprisely, I was rejected due to I can't provide them the original invoice. I work at Patek Philippe for 11 years, also have great experience with aftersale service for over 12 differents luxury watch brands, none of them would ask client to provide original invoice for ordering accessories. Christian dior gave the most absolutely ridiculous reason to reject client's request.
On dit que Dior va mal ? Ce n'est tellement pas étonnant ! L'expérience d'achat en ligne est scandaleuse - preuve les 10k+ d'avis ô combien désastreux. Après la réception d'un bracelet qui ne plaît pas à la personne à qui je l'offre - il l'a eu entre les mains une pognée de secondes, je le leur renvoie dans le packaging d'origine (pochon, écrin, sac, carton) et je suis accusée d'avoir renvoyé un produit rayé, avec un odeur de parfum (?????), et cuir détendu ! Reçu le 7 octobre, renvoyé le 13 octobre. Le service client nous prend-il pour des pigeons ? Être accusé de la sorte est une honte pour une Maison qui se prétend être un fleuron du Luxe français. Malgré des échanges où ma bonne foi et les faits montrent qu'il est inconcevable qu'ils aient réceptionné le bracelet dans un tel état (à moins qu'ils se gardent un produit neuf et me fassent croire que celui que je leur ai renvoyé est en piètre état), ils n'en ont que faire. La cerise sur le gâteau : ils me le renvoient et le colis apparaît livré avec mon nom sur la preuve de livraison alors que personne n'était à mon domicile. Cette expérience est déplorable. Leur service client est lamentable, incompétent, de mauvaise foi. Et tous ces avis en sont le témoignage. Il n'y a pas d'autres termes que dire que c'est tout simplement du vol. Litige PayPal en cours. A suivre.
J'attends un colis depuis 1 semaine.Je devait être livrée le 13 puis j'apprends la veille au soir que c'est contre signature.Je fait livrer en point relais ouvert 24h24 et le 15,on me dit que ça n'a pas pu être livré et aucune date prévue...le silence total !
Je suis sidérée par le niveau du service Dior France. Deux commandes, deux expériences négatives… pour une Maison qui prétend représenter l’excellence, c’est franchement inquiétant. Atteindre le statut Silver pour recevoir… un fond d’écran ? Un simple fichier numérique déjà offert gratuitement dans l’emballage de Noël (heureusement pas le même, il manquerait plus que ça) C’est le genre de “cadeau” que n’importe quelle marque offre sans achat. Chez Dior, c’est une récompense de fidélité. On marche sur la tête. Et quand on demande des explications, le service client répond uniquement avec des phrases automatiques, que ce soit par chat ou au téléphone. Aucun échange réel, aucune écoute, aucune prise en compte, juste du copier/coller. C’est triste de voir Dior se comporter comme un robot déguisé en maison de luxe. Dans d’autres pays, les clientes Silver reçoivent de vrais cadeaux. En France, on reçoit un fond d’écran. Pour une Maison française, ça pique un peu. Dior investit des millions en communication pour paraître proche de ses clientes, mais dès qu’on gratte un peu, le service est complètement déshumanisé. Très déçue. Et honnêtement, j’hésite vraiment à repasser commande.
El día 9 de noviembre compro eau sauvage que cobran sobre la marcha 63 euros, número de pedido 107041767. El día 18 me pongo en contacto con ellos al tf. 913754545 para decirles que no me ha llegado. Me contestan que se van a informar y que me dirán. El día 25 de noviembre, visto que no me contestan para nada, me pongo de nuevo en contacto con ellos. Me dicen que el paquete se ha devuelto, que no saben por qué, yo les digo que no me han dejado nota ni aviso ni nada. Entonces les digo que me devuelvan el dinero y me dicen que hasta que no les llegue el paquete, que no saben cuándo, para devolverme mi dinero. Me parece que esta empresa es un desastre y recomiendo que NO contraten con ella, llevan con mi dinero 20 días y sin paquete.
Recharge essence de parfum L’or de J’adore de Dior reçu éventé. Le service après vente a refusé de reconnaître que le produit est défectueux et me l’a retourné .. dans nos échanges par e-mail, la maison Dior répond que le parfum peut s’améliorer avec le temps ! Édifiant !
Worse customer service.ever! Never saw customer service that is just lying 😀. Fighting for every cent with customers. They said to me that offer spend 200 pr more and get free gift is not active anymore just not to send free gift that comes with 200 eur purchase. Then I checked and offer is available till 12/01/2026. My friend ordered next day and received free gift. In customer service I was told that samples or any free gifts are up to availability but then why they do these promotions if can’t guarantee that it will be available. They just force people to spend more and then just dont send free gift.
Fa anys que el meu eyeliner per defecte és Diorshow Liquid Liner #386, "PearlyEmerald". Però les últimes tres unitats que he comprat han sortit pràcticament amb el pinzell sec i amb poquíssim producte. Cal aclarir que les he comprat en centres diferents. No sé si hi ha més clientes que s'hi han trobat, però ja he canviat d'eyeliner.
If I could I would give it a 0. I made a big order and when I opened the order I had a missing item when I contacted the help service the advisor had said the item was scanned and sent over and just fobbing me off in filling out a form. Basically saying I was a liar. She told me to fill out a form to which I think nothing is going to be done after filling the form out. Also, when I placed the order I was given many complimentary gifts when I opened the boxes I was missing a few items and was told that the complimentary gifts are subject to availability. Dior needs to make it clear on the website where people can see it in the basket. Not put it in the Q&Ahelp section . Please explain who has the time to read all that information when placing an order. It’s appalling to see this sort of service from such a high end brand. A company which has majority one stars says it all. Wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone.
⭐ 1-Star Review — Extremely Disappointing Experience I am extremely disappointed with my recent Dior experience. I purchased a Dior fragrance (Order #106551921) in September as a gift for my father-in-law, and although it arrived beautifully packaged, the product itself was clearly defective. The liquid inside was creamy, the spray nozzle barely worked, and the few times it did spray, it left white residue on skin and clothing. I’ve owned this same fragrance previously and never experienced anything like this, so it was very clear that this bottle was faulty. I contacted Dior immediately, and despite emailing, calling, and sending photos and videos as requested, the issue has still not been properly resolved. Weeks have passed with no meaningful update. To make things worse, I was told that I now have to retrieve the product from my father-in-law’s home and ship it back before Dior will even consider replacement — despite providing full evidence. After all the time and effort I’ve spent trying to resolve a problem caused by Dior’s own quality-control issue, this response is unacceptable. For a luxury brand, I expected far better customer service. If this product had been purchased from a retailer like Sephora, the matter would have been handled quickly and professionally. Unfortunately, this experience has left me extremely frustrated and strongly reconsidering future Dior purchases. Very disappointing.
Stepped into a dior store once, the atmosphere was disgusting. Maybe I wasn’t looking like a wealthy person, but the staff could be more polite and resposnive, who the heck on earth in the 21st century evaluates a person’s wallet by his looks. We gotta cancel their goods and these stores, they don’t deserve to be called “luxury brand”.
