He comprado el día 4 un paquete para 5 dispositivos y hoy día 7 todavía no he recibido respuesta a mis mensajes. Compré porque ponía claramente que tienen política de reembolso y desestimación. Podéis comprobar que no se ha podido realizar ninguna descarga. Por favor re-embolsenme el dinero para no tener que repetir y elevar mi queja y dejaré constancia de vuestra honestidad y buen servicio. Gracias

License keys delivered within 24 hours by email. When a key for MS Office Pro 2024 would not work, it was replaced within 24 hours by contacting support and reporting the activation error encountered. The replacement worked. For MS Office products, the link for installation used the Office Deployment Tool (ODT) installation method, which might require some explanation for non-technical users. For MS Server, I received a link to a file used to construct an installation DVD, again some technical knowledge of doing that is required. For Corel products, I was directed to the Corel Website to download the software. Overall, I was satisfied, and will return. I hope they can expand their offering as well.
