Deluxe made me feel they really cared about me, keeping in touch and always taking trouble to answer my queries. Instructions for my fairly complicated travel arrangements were clear. I had tel nos I could contact h them with wherever in the world I was. They even had arranged for some flowers to be in my cruise stateroom on my arrival. They send me Xmas and birthday cards. They make me feel I’m not just another cruise consumer and that my business is important to them.
