ordered our Pizza at 3pm for a 4:30 pm delivery. As of 5:30 pm the driver still doesn't have the pizza and they won't let us cancel our order. This is one business that needs to fail!

Made the mistake of ordering and not realizing it was via delivery.com. 0/5 The first time I ordered from a local Indian restaurant, my food was 3 hours later and cold. Customer service said they couldn't do anything as I had already received the order. The second time was a Thai restaurant that I get carry out from all the time, apparently the restaurant had a gas leak and had to close, when I contacted the delivery drive they said they couldn't do anything and customer service apologized but I never got a refund or anything. Sad that somehow they've been doing this to folx since 2014
I’m not sure what the hell happened here, but I should have done more research on this terrible delivery service. I ordered from one of the best restaurants in town and it showed up late and inedible, and my driver apologized because “the proportions are small”???? Also asked for no contact delivery and the dude waited on my doorstep until I opened the door and handed it to me. I know it’s not the restaurant. I’ve eaten there many times and the owner and chef is incredible. This food was not from him. I ordered his tofu pad thai and got noodles with cold tofu and oil on top. I’m not even sure this is from the restaurant I ordered from? This is the worst delivery service and honestly a little scary.
Worst delivery service ever. Waited 2 hours for our meal and then they blamed the restaurant for closing early! They were open for the last 2 hours - was that not enough time to pick up the damn food?! The app sucks - says all the restaurants are closed when we know they are open! Horrible horrible horrible service. Will never use again.
Terrible. Ordered at 6pm. Checked the order online, no update. Call the restaurant where we ordered, no order placed. Call delivery.com who apologizes and says 30-40 minute delivery. Call the restaurant after 45 minutes, still no order placed. Cancelled the order and called the restaurant direct, go pick it up myself and it was a total of 10 minutes. Should have just done that in the first place. Will NEVER use delivery.com again.
EDIT REVIEW: After leaving a 1 star review & explaining the problem here, and at delivery.com, Delivery.com did refund money so I increased their rating. Original review: Order placed, half of Krispy Kreme order was wrong, delivery.com said they'd deliver the omitted portion in 90 minutes to the office I'd originally requested but they never showed up. This morning, I contacted the delivery driver & she gave my contact info to her boss & 8hrs later, no one has still contacted me! My first time to use a food delivery service and it's my last (EXPENSIVE) lesson! Booooo!
I use it regularly, it' s fine. Of course there are delays sometimes, but here the question is exactly to people who can't calculate their time and spoil the opinion about the company. I would recommend to make a more serious rating of employees.
I ordered tacos for cinco de mayo. Figured there might be a slight delay due to it being busy. I waited 2 1/2 hours. Throughout that time, i called the restaurant, whose phone had been disconnected. I tried to call delivery.com and was waiting for a representative for 45 minutes before hanging up. Live chat feature didn't work. 2 1/2 hours. Not a peep from anyone. The restaurant closed. I haven't heard anything from delivery.com.
Users beware ! I’ve only used this service twice. I was thinking it was quite costly but since this was only my 2nd order through them and wanted to do Tuesday Tacos on Cinco I was ok with it. Problem: order was scheduled to be delivered at 5:00. At 5:05 I was notified that order was cancelled because restaurant was closed early. I tried calling restaurant and no answer. Then I read a review of upcharges of menu items. Holy crap....it wasn’t like it was $1 per item but much more on the up charge when compared to restaurants menu prices this is on top of their normal fees Instead of crediting my account so I could possibly order someplace else, I was informed I would receive credit in 1-5 days. Not ordering anything now considering this order was $50. Considering the options for delivery in my area are sparse, I still will never use them again. Every once in awhile a girl just wants a break from cooking
Ordered a hot breakfast, driver was 5 minutes away then 12, then 16. By time the driver got here my food was cold!! Have since been waiting for my money back. Have been told I would receive a phone call right away from whoever is in charge in Odessa, STILL waiting for the call. EVERY email they send they tell me a higher up will look at it and get back with me. STILL waiting. DO NOT use this delivery service
This is the third time they’ve been significantly delayed in delivery. Except this time they gave me someone else’s order, dumped half the food in the bag so it was leaking everywhere, disregarded my delivery instructions, and then told me it would take “an hour plus” to get redelivery because they were short staffed. I canceled the order to call the restaurant directly and ALSO found out they upcharge the meal prices as well in addition to the service fee and delivery charge. Not including those two fees my exact same order was almost $10 cheaper when I paid at the restaurant. One time I waited TWO hours for delivery despite multiple calls to customer service and them assuring me it was already picked up and only 15 min away. Turns out, the driver never picked it up, went home, and they had to wait to assign another driver to go get it. I understand mishaps happen but I’ve had 3/4 bad deliveries with them and won’t be using them again!
Very bad service. Food was late and stone cold. Called and got a lot of BS on the phone. Then they put me on hold and never picked up again. Agents name was Laurie and Bob. DO NOT USE THEM. CHECK THEIR REVIEWS. VERY BAD. Also refused to credit my cold dinner.
delivery to go app easy to navigate- app kept me updated on time-- really appreciated the delivery person being so quiet while on porch for my yapping dog didn't hear him- was a added blessing😊
Ordered papa Murphy's pizza from delivery.com because Google redirected me there. Papa Murphy's never got the order and delivery.com got the money. Papa Murphy's made my pizza for free . Kudos to them but delivery.com are a bunch of crooks.
Update your menus! Your Red Robin menu isnt correct! Things on there that haven't been on the menu in a year.... risk tisk
Wow. They said 45-60 minutes and my dinner was here in 25 minutes! Terrific food from my favorite local restaurant, Soo Raa Thai. Could not be happier!
My order was delivered in five minutes. The food was still hot and fresh. The delivery man was professional and polite. I will be using this service again.
I placed an order one evening to have breakfast delivered the next morning. My order was delivered 10 minutes early (was still warm and exactly as ordered). I requested no-contact delivery and the driver waited in his car to see that I was collecting my items off of the porch before waving and driving away.
I've never experienced a bad experience. I was with EatInNow.com before it became Delivery.com and not a beat was missed. Terrific choices and wonderful and thoughtful employees (drivers, delivery people). The best!
Over two hours late. Didn't get the main courses. They suck and need to go out of business!!! Don't waste your time or money. If I could take back the one star, I would!
